Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer purchasing from Good Mood Coffee, you have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt — without giving a reason. Use the form below to submit your request.

Please note: Coffee is a perishable product. The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened bags. Once a bag has been opened, this right lapses (pursuant to Art. 6:230p sub e Dutch Civil Code).

What happens next?

  1. We will confirm your request by email within 1 business day.
  2. Send the unopened products back to:

  3. Use a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
