Delivery
How long does delivery take?
After placing your order, your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days via PostNL. You will receive a track & trace link once your package is on its way.
Are there shipping costs?
That depends on the size of your order. We ship via PostNL in three sizes:
- Letterbox package — €4.40
- Standard package — €7.40
- Large package — €10.50
Orders above €75 ship for free.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
No, we currently deliver within the Netherlands only.
Our coffee
How fresh is the coffee?
We make sure the coffee is roasted as recently as possible by the time you place your order. Freshness is not a marketing line for us — it is the foundation of a great cup.
How is the packaging designed?
Our coffee comes in resealable bags with a degassing valve. The valve does two things: it lets CO² escape (which freshly roasted coffee naturally releases) and keeps oxygen out. This keeps the coffee fresh longer without the bag inflating. The resealable zip keeps the bag tightly closed after opening. The packaging is sustainable and easily recyclable.
Where do the beans come from?
The core of our range comes from Brazil and Sri Lanka. Brazil brings warm, nutty sweetness; Sri Lanka adds depth and subtle spicy complexity. Every month we add a rotating origin through the Monthly Special.
Is ground coffee available?
Ground coffee is available for Filter coffee (500g). Espresso beans and the Monthly Special are available as whole beans only — espresso requires a specific grind setting that varies per machine.
Coffee subscription
How does the subscription work?
You choose your favourite coffee, bag size (250g or 1kg) and the number of bags per month (1 to 6). Your order is then automatically repeated and delivered every month — no action required from you.
How much does a subscription cost?
Subscriptions start from €9.95 per bag per month (Filter coffee, 250g). All options and prices are on the subscription page.
When is my subscription renewed?
Your subscription renews every month on the same day as your first order. If you subscribed on the 31st, renewal falls on the 30th, or the 1st of the following month if that month is shorter.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, always and without hassle. Via your account you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period, no questions.
Can I adjust the number of bags?
Yes. You can adjust the number of bags per delivery at any time via your account.
Can I switch coffee type?
This is unfortunately not possible within an existing subscription. The easiest solution: cancel your current subscription via your account and start a new one for the coffee you want. You will be set up again in no time.
Taste & brewing tips
The coffee doesn’t taste the way I like it — what can I do?
Opened bags cannot be returned, but most taste issues are easy to fix. Try these steps in order:
- Adjust grind size — Too bitter? Grind coarser. Too sour? Grind finer.
- Adjust dose — Is the coffee not flowing well? Reduce the dose. Too weak? Add a little more. Grind size also affects this.
- Clean your machine — Old coffee oil can strongly affect flavour. Clean your machine thoroughly.
- Descale your machine — Limescale disrupts extraction. Descale if you haven’t done so recently.

Damage & returns
My package arrived damaged — what now?
We are sorry to hear that. Send us a message via the contact form with photos of the damaged shipment. We will get back to you quickly and offer you the choice: a full refund or a new shipment — you decide.
What is my right of withdrawal?
As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt — without giving a reason. This applies to unopened bags of coffee. Once a bag has been opened, this right lapses (coffee is a perishable product).
Can I return an order?
Unopened bags of coffee can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Use the button above or visit our returns page. Opened bags cannot be returned.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
